Carolina Cherry Company (Perfect Travel Stop from Beaufort to Charleston?) – Clockwise Coffee

If you are living in the Low Country and ever make trips to and from Charleston, I’m sure you’ve come across this cutie of a coffee shop. It’s obvious the Carolina Cherry Company is meant for road trip coffee and treats, but I swear the environment makes you want to stay. Even on a gloomy day.

My girlfriend and I stopped by on a quick birthday getaway to Charleston, and it was the perfect jump start to our day together. I got my usual caramel latte, and she got her chai. Perfect.

If you don’t know this about me, I am a HUGE coffee lover. But it’s not just the coffee, it’s the environment. Yes, coffee shops need to get the taste of the coffee right, but ultimately, I want the vibes to stimulate creativity and inspiration. Clockwise and Carolina Cherry Company did that!!

While we waited on the coffee, we walked into the connected store which I assume is Carolina Cherry Company. There were tons of cool things and some really unique candles (which we bought one).

The people working were both really friendly, and I especially liked the nice lady who complimented me on my hair 😂

Some of my favorite coffee shop memories are the ones that are spontaneous little goldmines and so positive.

Basically what I’m saying is if you are going from Hilton Head, Savannah, Beaufort, Bluffton to Charleston, I would stop here for a break. Charleston is only about an hour and 15 minutes from this store. By the time, you finish the coffee and snacks, you will almost be there 🙂
