I locked in my first deal/contract as a real estate agent with eXp Realty. So thankful to my team (Team Kasia) for helping to make it happen and everyone involved!
This experience really showed me how much WORK it takes to make a deal happen. It may not be digging ditches, but being a real estate agent is pretty exhausting when it comes to communicating with people.
For practically two straight days, I was on edge and on the phone making sure everything was done timely AND that everyone knew what was going on. Don’t get me wrong. It’s definitely worth it. But it is for sure a lot.
Also, a note about my second true showing that was with the cutest family.
As I was walking them throughout the home and the property, the kids were like “OH this is my room.” They kept talking about how the property was everything they wanted. They loved the beach. They talked about horses. I don’t know. It was just really cool to be a part of their process and help them make a decision / answer any questions.
It made me start to truly see how I could really enjoy this. How fulfilling it can be.
