As the year of the millennium comes to a close,
I took some time to reflect on my favorite real estate shoots this year. I’ve had the privilege of having amazing clients who trust me to help marketing their homes and/or clients’ homes, and these I’ve selected really left me stunned by their beauty and energy. Enjoy, and thanks for stopping by
107 Okatie Hwy
This 8,500 sq ft beautiful monster is the most expensive home I’ve been able to shoot, running at $4,900,000. And with good reason! The lot sits on the gorgeous Broad River, has an entire guest suite, SO many floors and has the potential to be the mansion of your dreams.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT
Everything about this home is luxury. You feel wealthy when you walk in. Just take a look at the video. I don’t have to say much. Enjoy.

320 Cowboy Way

I love being surprised when I walk into the inside of a home. Not only did the interior of 320 Cowboy Way surprise me with how clean, modern yet “ranchy” it was decorated, but the crisp farm air was super refreshing. I might would become a cowboy for this one. Howdy.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT
I love the kitchen and breakfast area overlooking the fields. I could imagine watching my horses eat in the field while I sip some coffee 😉

6 Stauffer Court (Bluffton)

Sometimes when I shoot homes and think back, it’s not JUST about the home itself. It’s about the memories associated. There was something about this FSBO family that was so welcoming, and the father was stoked about all the upgrades he’d made to the home. The rest of the fam helped neaten up while I went through the house. It was just heart warming to see the family working together. Oh and the home was super nice!!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT
I personally loved the pool and backyard the most. Screened in pool. Apple trees. Lake. Life is good.

23 Anchorage Way (Islands of Beaufort)
I know I’ve been talking about this one a lot, but it HAD to make this list. Paradise Point Construction just nailed it with all of the custom features. This multi-million dollar home at Anchorage Way is pristine, so fresh and so clean, clean.

WHAT I LOVE:
I love the open floor plan of the first floor kitchen and living room leading onto the porch. There is so much natural light, and of course the kitchen is heavenly.
24 Market (Habersham)

I love mid century modern architecture, and though this isn’t quite it (from my understanding), the interior reminds of it. And I can’t help but imagine living upstairs then walking down to my beautiful photo/video studio right in the middle one of the best Beaufort communities, Habersham. Ah, the life.

WHAT I LOVE:
I love the 3 floors with commercial on the first. It feels city-like. But I also just LOVE the wood and ceilings. The vibe is PERFECT.

Thank you all so much for the support this year. Next year will be even bigger and better. If you’d like to work with me in any capacity, please send an email to cole@apollosbow.com.
